Behind my Door

At the very begining, the concept is to show the city like if she was behind the "eyepiece" of your door.

As an aswer to this theme i will make 8 series of 8 shots (7 are done for the moment ).

After testing this concept i realized that the texture of the ground where i took the picture was as important as the place where i shot.

So i try to focus both on texture and environement.

It was quite hard to find a way to show it on Da because of the number of shots so i just posted too some details ( serie by serie ).

Tools of the Trade were only my digital camera (Pentax Optio S4i ) because a big camera would take all the field of vision, a lid (allready seen here >> [link] ) for the reflection and à tripod no to move during the shots and a bicycle (Thx to Jb) to go around the city ( about 50 Km this day )

This work is made to evolved (one more serie ) and perhaps an other presentation.

No realignment only automatic settings for levels and contrasts on photoshop.
